At Aegros, we developed a complete new and innovative process of separating plasma into its individual components. Plasma contains several critical proteins, such as albumin, immunoglobulins, clotting factors, and other proteins that play roles in immunity, clotting, and maintaining blood volume. What if we could do this with 50% more yield, no more methanol, in one single step and at half the costs?

Making hyperimmune globulins is a specialized process that involves several key steps to ensure a high concentration of specific antibodies against a target pathogen, while maintaining the safety and efficacy of the product. Aegros is able to produce hyper immunes at much lower costs and increased quality.
Engineering and Plasma Producing
How we operate
Aegros is both an Engineering and Plasma Producing company. We can take millions of litres of Plasma Fractionation, without using any methanol, risk of sustainability issues and reduced waste. Our facility is the use case for more licensed Facilities around the world. We work with governments, Healthcare Groups and Blood donor organizations to create ‘pockets’ of high performing Blood Plasma Fractionation Programs. We give anybody a fair chance to break away from the current Blood Fractionation monopoly.
